How do I know if I have depression?
Symptoms can be feeling sad or depressed, loss of interest in activities once enjoyed, changes in appetite (unwanted weight loss or gain)​, loss of energy, changes in sleep pattern, difficulty concentrating, feelings of having no purpose, thoughts of self-harm or death, and more.
